Étalon Lumière

By using pixel controlled LED strips and custom electronics circuit integration, Motion Wagram designed a series of unique "Etalons" for Félicie d'Estienne d'Orves.

The “Étalon Lumière” sculptures use cosmic time as a reference. Each one-metre piece represents, in real time, the time light takes to reach Earth from another body in the Solar System.
